Refund policy

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at simplliving.au@outlook.com. Eligible change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and approved before being returned. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customers responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
